Who we are
Stephaneous (“we”, “us”) operates the store at stephaneous.com. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hello@stephaneous.com.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name, and a securely hashed password if you sign up with email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google; we never see your Google password.
- Order data — the items you purchase, your shipping name and address, and your order history.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We only receive a confirmation of payment and the billing details you enter at checkout.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
- To process payments, produce your items, and ship your orders.
- To respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the store.
We do not sell your personal data or send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy).
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Production and shipping partners — we share your name, shipping address, and ordered items with the partners who print and deliver your order. They only receive what is needed to fulfil it.
- Cloudflare — our website and database are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and security cookies used during sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep your data
Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@stephaneous.com and we will respond as soon as we can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
