About these terms

These terms apply when you browse stephaneous.com, create an account, or place an order with Stephaneous. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and orders

• Every item is made to order: production starts after your payment is confirmed.
• Prices are shown in euros and include the product cost; shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices are always confirmed server-side at checkout — the amount you see on the payment page is the amount you pay.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot produce it (for example, an item becomes unavailable) — you will be notified and fully refunded.
• Product photos are representative. Small variations in color and print placement can occur because each item is printed individually.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Completing checkout confirms that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described on the Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information, including a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the store.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product imagery, logos, and content on this site belong to Stephaneous. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
